Ben Morice

Ben Morice has been active in the Jewelry business in Asia for over 30 years. Native of New Zealand, he graduated from Massey University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Studies, marketing major. He spent 3 years with a New Zealand based export marketing company as an account executive before venturing overseas, mainly basing himself in Asia where he began designing and producing silver jewelry. In 1988 he set up a wholesale company in New Zealand to sell his creations, but closed it in 1992 to base himself full time in Bali, allowing him more time to expand his production capabilities in Indonesia and concentrate on the world market. Ben Morice founded Kapit Mas in 1996.
